THE POSITION
We’re looking for experienced Painting Site Leads to join our team for the upcoming exterior season, starting in late April or early May. With work already booked months in advance, there’s plenty of opportunity for steady hours and growth within our company. Come join our crew!
As a Site Lead, you’ll oversee a crew of 1–2 team members on residential and commercial projects throughout Calgary. Your day-to-day will include supervising your crew, coordinating with clients, ensuring top-quality drywall finishing and painting, and maintaining our reputation for craftsmanship and care.
This role blends hands-on work with leadership responsibilities —from prepping, painting, managing your crew to final walkthroughs. You’ll ensure paint finishes meet The Urban Painter’s high standards and that clients are thrilled with the end result.
