The Opportunity
New-Line is currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Assembly & Service Representative to join our dedicated team at our Abbotsford location.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced, and physical role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and learning about a diverse and specialized industry. You’ll play a key role in supporting operations through warehouse receiving and shipping, basic hose assembly, inventory handling, and related service activities.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but if you’re eager to learn new skills and grow in a technical environment, we encourage you to apply. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new technical skills while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

What You Bring
You have:
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, with responsibility for inputting inventory into computer systems, checking inventory levels, and ensuring the correct products reach customers
- Experience in a similar field - industrial parts warehouse distribution or hose and fitting industry experience is an asset
- An interest in learning a new industry and product line; you will produce hose assemblies according to specifications while maintaining strict compliance with safety and quality standards
- The ability to keep shipping and receiving operations organized, effective, and efficient
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use logic and experience to resolve issues and help “keep the customer moving”
- Outstanding teamwork skills; you communicate clearly and work collaboratively to get the job done
- Great people skills; your friendly, energetic approach helps you build relationships quickly (Customer service experience is an asset)
- Solid computer skills and comfort working with inventory and internal systems
- A mechanically inclined mindset; you enjoy hands-on work with tools and equipment and learning new technical skills
- The ability to safely lift, push, and pull, and the awareness to ask for help when needed to maintain a safe work environment
