We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead quality assurance strategies, automation architecture, and complex testing initiatives across enterprise-level systems. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and expertise in modern QA tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Test Planning & Delivery Management
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and master test plans
- Perform Level of Effort (LOE) assessments and delivery estimations
- Align QA deliverables with business goals and timelines
2. Automation Framework Architecture (Playwright/TypeScript)
- Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript
- Execute cross-browser testing across Chromium, WebKit, and Firefox
3. Data Migration Leadership & BDD Strategy
- Lead large-scale data migration testing initiatives
- Translate business rules into executable Gherkin scenarios
- Ensure data integrity and zero data loss
4. Post-Production Support (PPS) & Hypercare Leadership
- Provide post-go-live support for Tier-1 clients
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve critical production issues
5. Netcracker OSS/BSS Expertise
- Lead QA for telecom platforms including billing, rating, and network workflows
6. Medical Software & AI UX Testing
- Test healthcare AI applications (e.g., clinical note generation)
- Ensure compliance with medical standards and usability requirements
7. API Integration & Root Cause Analysis
- Perform API testing using Postman and SOAP UI
- Analyze and resolve integration issues in microservices environments
8. Digital Accessibility Leadership (WCAG Compliance)
- Implement accessibility testing using Axe-core
- Validate with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards
9. Defect Triage & Risk Management
- Lead defect triage meetings and prioritize critical issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risks
10. Technical Mentorship & Quality Standards
- Establish QA best practices
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant QA experience
- Strong expertise in automation, API testing, and enterprise systems
- Experience in telecom, healthcare, or AI-based platforms is an asset
