Duties

Prepare and display baked goods, deli meats, cheeses, and other food items according to company standards
Must be able to lift 50Lbs
Assist customers with selections, answer questions about products, and provide excellent customer service
Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and display cases in compliance with food safety standards
Restock shelves and ensure proper product rotation for freshness
Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently during busy hours
Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures during food preparation and serving

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environment is preferred
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a retail setting
Kitchen or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good communication skills

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
