Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Boxing Coach to join our fitness and sports training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective boxing training programs, motivating clients, and fostering a positive environment for skill development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with individuals of various skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, helping them achieve their fitness and boxing goals.

Duties

Develop customized boxing training plans tailored to each client's skill level and objectives
Conduct engaging and instructional boxing classes, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followed
Provide coaching on boxing fundamentals, including stance, punches, footwork, and defensive skills
Monitor client progress and adjust training programs accordingly to maximize results
Foster a motivating and encouraging environment that promotes confidence and discipline
Assist clients with related fitness activities such as swimming when applicable
Maintain equipment and ensure the training area is clean and organized
Promote a positive attitude towards health, fitness, and personal growth

Qualifications

Proven experience in teaching boxing or related martial arts disciplines
Strong knowledge of boxing techniques, training methods, and safety standards
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse clients
Prior experience in teaching or coaching swimming is a plus but not required
Ability to work well with individuals of all ages and skill levels
Certification in CPR/AED is preferred but not mandatory
Passion for fitness, sports, and helping others succeed in their personal goals

Pay: $28.00-$48.00 per hour
