Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of innovative products across diverse platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, software development, and technical expertise in cloud services, databases, and APIs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead requirements gathering sessions to identify customer needs and translate them into detailed product specifications.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception through deployment, including planning, development, testing, and release.
Collaborate with engineering teams utilizing Agile and SAFe methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Oversee product development processes, including SDLC, Waterfall, and iterative approaches.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize features based on analytics, market trends, and customer feedback.
Develop comprehensive test cases and oversee quality assurance to ensure functionality aligns with requirements.
Facilitate communication across teams using tools such as Jira, TFS, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel), and Git for version control.
Analyze data using SQL, Analytics tools, and other metrics to inform product decisions and improvements.
Engage in B2B sales strategies by understanding customer needs and translating them into product solutions.
Lead technical discussions involving APIs, Java, SaaS platforms, IoT integrations, and mobile applications.
Present product roadmaps and updates to executive leadership using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Foster leadership within the team by mentoring junior members and promoting best practices in software development.

Requirements

Proven experience in product management within a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of cloud services such as AWS and SaaS solutions.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe), Scrum, TFS, Jira, and SDLC processes including Waterfall models.
Technical proficiency in SQL, HTML, APIs, Java programming language, Git version control system, and databases.
Familiarity with mobile applications development and Internet of Things (IoT) platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent analysis skills for requirements gathering and data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
