Full job description

KSW Lawyers is currently accepting applications for a Conveyancer to work in our busy Real Estate Department. This is a temporary 3 month term contract position working between the hours of 9 to 5 in our White Rock office .

Job Details

Preparing documents for real property sales, purchases, re-financings and managing closings
Handling conflict searches, scanning documents, filing and billing
Familiar with BC Online and Business Registry
Filing documents in Land Title Office
Communicating with legal assistants, paralegals, and lawyers on file progress
Web-filing and e-filing documents
Other duties as assigned

Above and beyond the competition

Completed Legal Administrative Assistant course
Well organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet required deadlines
2+ years experience
