As a Catalog Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our product catalogs on Lordco.com and Nexpart to ensure accuracy, completeness, and overall excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including pricing, marketing, and operations, to ensure that our eCommerce platforms reflect the latest product offerings and provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications:

Industry experience & auto parts knowledge preferred.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and suppliers.

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, including Product Information Management (PIM) systems.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Passion for eCommerce and the automotive parts industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:

Execute the end-to-end process of adding, updating, and maintaining the product catalog for automotive parts on our eCommerce platforms.

Communicate with suppliers to source accurate and up-to-date product data, including specifications, images, and fitment information.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, fitment data, and attributes sourced from suppliers

Utilize your knowledge of automotive parts to accurately categorize products and ensure they are easily discoverable.

Learn and proficiently use our Product Information Management (PIM) system to manage product data and enrich product listings.

Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion by implementing best practices for SEO, metadata, and keyword optimization.

Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to develop compelling product content, including engaging product descriptions, features, and benefits.

Provide Nexpart support by assisting with account setup, catalog configuration and customer questions.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and eCommerce best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our product catalog.
