Full job description

Position: Warehouse Operator (1)

Employment Type: Full-Time/Permanent

Location: 12825 - 149 Street, Edmonton AB, T5L 2J7

Schedule: Monday to Friday (overtime, statutory holidays, and weekends may be required) 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We offer a complete range of Contract and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehousing services, including warehousing space leasing, product storage, inventory management, order fulfillment and distribution.

We are looking for a forklift operator that likes to work in a fast-paced, safety first environment. Our hands-on approach to employee safety and client satisfaction, combined with a competitive pay structure, allow us to give our employees a career filled with excitement and security.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate warehouse equipment, including propane forklifts with clamp attachment
Exhibit strict attention to detail and maintain order accuracy
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
Operators should be physically fit, able to stand for long periods and be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
Report any errors, damages, or safety concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
Offloading rail cars.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of experience with Reach Trucks, Counterbalance Forklifts, (experience with using a clamp attachment is considered an asset)
Experience using RF Scanners.
Experience handling bulky and/or very large product with attention to detail and safety protocols.

Working Conditions:

The work setting is a warehouse environment and may require the use of computers and other office equipment and machines.
The candidate must be able to work outside as required and may be exposed to snow, rain, heat, dust, wind, noise and uneven terrain.
The candidate must be flexible working variable hours, or overtime as expected when required.
Inside conditions include dust and noise. Limited travel may be required.
