Day Shift:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Looking for a hands-on opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
We are currently hiring General Labour & Packaging Associates for our client in Pickering, Ontario. Our client is a large manufacturer of handmade organic bar soaps and personal care products.
This is a hands-on production and warehouse environment involving packaging, assembly, labelling, product handling, and general labour duties. Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is a strong asset, but candidates looking to gain experience are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities
You may be responsible for:
- Packaging personal care products, including bar soaps and liquid hand wash bottles.
- Assembling light cardboard boxes and product displays.
- Labelling, wrapping, and preparing products for distribution.
- Performing hand assembly and packaging functions in a production environment.
- Packing finished products into boxes and displays.
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse and work area.
- Handling products and materials as required.
- Performing other general labour and production duties as assigned.
Work Environment
- Primarily working in a factory and warehouse environment.
- Fast-paced production and packaging environment.
- Standing for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequent walking, bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Repetitive physical work may be required.
Who We’re Looking For
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable performing physical and repetitive tasks.
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety focused.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or packaging experience is a strong asset.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to frequently bend, stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/factory environment.
Pre-Employment & Safety Requirements
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes are required.
- Safety footwear must be in good condition and display the green triangle CSA symbol, indicating approval for industrial work environments.
