About the Role:

We are expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic professionals to lead our sales efforts. As a Sales Associate or Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our gallery's success. Your responsibilities will include both sales and supervisory duties, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences..

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Excellence: Utilize your sales expertise to drive revenue growth, meet and exceed sales targets, and engage with clients on the sales floor. A background in sales is essential.
Customer Engagement: Foster positive and lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your personable approach will set the tone for a welcoming gallery experience.
Team Leadership (for Supervisors): Take on a supervisory role, leading by example, and providing guidance to the sales team. Your leadership will help ensure the gallery operates seamlessly.

Additional Skills (a plus):

Interior Design Skills: Knowledge or experience in interior design will enhance your ability to assist customers in choosing art that complements their spaces.
Photoshop Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop is a valuable skill for creating visual materials and assisting clients in envisioning artwork in their settings.

Qualifications:

Passion for Art: A genuine enthusiasm for art and an appreciation for the art industry are essential.
Sales Skills: Experience in sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
