Alforno Café is coming to Canmore!
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and people-focused Café Manager to lead the opening of our newest location in the heart of Canmore.
This is a unique opportunity to build a team, shape the guest experience, and leave your mark from day one while being supported by Teatro Group, one of Calgary's most respected hospitality companies with over 30 years of culinary excellence.

This position is based in Canmore, Alberta
Please note that staff accommodation is not provided for this role. We are seeking candidates who currently reside in Canmore, Banff, or other surrounding communities, or who already have secured housing in the area.
Candidates commuting from surrounding communities must have a valid driver's licence, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to travel to and from the café for scheduled shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Only candidates who are able to reliably commute to the workplace each shift will be considered.

What will you bring to the team:

Minimum 2 - 3 years of specialty coffee or café experience

Strong understanding of espresso extraction, brewing methods, and coffee quality standards

Passion for hospitality, coaching, and continuous improvement

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
