About UnitedCloud
UnitedCloud Inc. is a Canadian UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) and Hosted Voice provider headquartered in Chestermere, Alberta. We deliver channel-first communications solutions to businesses across Canada, with a growing focus on industry-specific voice product verticals. We are expanding into the Canadian hospitality market with an exclusive product suite purpose-built for hotels, motels, and multi-property lodging operators — and we're hiring the person who will own it.
The Opportunity
We are bringing a fully featured, hospitality-grade Hosted Voice and communications platform to the Canadian market exclusively — and we need someone to lead it. As our Hospitality Voice Product Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy, partner enablement, and product lifecycle for our hospitality vertical across all Canadian territories. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on revenue, partner growth, and a brand-new market category for UnitedCloud.
Bonus: This product has already been approved by the largest Hotel brands in the country and has a captive audience of 1,000's of warm properties and sale\deployment partners already implementing across the country ready for your leadership.
What You'll Own
- Full product lifecycle management for UnitedCloud's hospitality Hosted Voice suite across Canada
- Go-to-market strategy for hotels, motels, resorts, and multi-property lodging groups
- Channel partner enablement specifically for the hospitality segment (integrators, IT resellers, property management consultants)
- Integration documentation and support between Hosted Voice systems and Property Management Systems (PMS) — including Opera, Maestro, and similar platforms
- Product pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning for the Canadian market
- Collaboration with operatiosn and technical teams on deployment standards, provisioning workflows, and escalation paths specific to hospitality environments
- E911 and Canadian regulatory compliance requirements for multi-room/multi-tenant deployments
- Sales enablement materials guidance to the marketing team: battlecards, proposals, partner training guides, and demo environments
- Roadmap input based on customer feedback, partner requests, and Canadian hospitality market trends
- Reporting to the ownership team on pipeline, deployments, and product health metrics
What You Bring
Required:
- 3+ years in a product management, product owner, or technical sales/solutions role within telecommunications, UCaaS, or hospitality technology
- Demonstrated understanding of hotel/property communications infrastructure (PBX systems, guest room phones, wake-up call systems, PMS integrations, front desk workflows)
- Experience working with or selling through channel partners or resellers
- Familiarity with SIP trunking, Hosted Voice platforms, and IP-PBX architecture at a functional level (you don't need to be an engineer, but you must be able to speak credibly with one)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you'll be directing the creation of documentation, proposals, and partner-facing materials independently
- Ability to manage a product launch in a new vertical with limited hand-holding — this is a builder role
Preferred:
- Experience with PMS platforms (Opera, Maestro, RoomKey, or similar)
- Prior work in Canadian hospitality technology sales or deployments
- Familiarity with Canadian telecom regulations, including E911 multi-line obligations and CRTC considerations
- Channel partner management experience in a Canadian context
What Success Looks Like in Year One
- Hospitality product suite fully positioned, packaged, and priced for the Canadian market within 60 days
- Next 5 channel partners actively selling or demoing the product within 90 days
- 50+ active hospitality deployments contracted or in provisioning within 12 months
