Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor & Available for any shift to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in providing exceptional guest relations and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a hospitality environment.

Duties

Greet guests upon arrival and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay.
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
Conduct night audits to verify financial transactions and prepare reports for management.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked, clean lobby area and help with laundry as required.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.
Utilize phone systems effectively to manage calls and relay messages as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple calls efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
