Job Responsibilities: Senior Graphic Designer

Research, plan, and strategize creative solutions to fulfill client objectives, leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and concept development.
Design and develop unique website mockups that embody our clients' brand identity and service offerings, utilizing AI design tools to explore and iterate on visual directions efficiently.
Create mobile-responsive websites with a focus on user experience and SEO best practices.
Collaborate with developers to implement front-end designs.
Design logos and establish brand identities for clients, using AI tools to rapidly prototype and refine concepts.
Ensure the quality assurance of all creative deliverables.
Lead and collaborate with the creative team to drive innovation, including championing the thoughtful adoption of AI workflows across the department.
Participate in strategic brainstorming, concept development, and creative brief creation.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Produce branded materials and assets for digital and print platforms.
Present wireframes, graphics, and final layouts to clients for approval.

What You Bring:

Diploma or degree in fine arts, graphic design, or a related field.
Strong portfolio with 5+ years of website design and interactive work experience including projects that demonstrate the integration of AI-assisted design.
Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar platforms, with the ability to direct and refine AI-generated outputs to a professional standard.
A clear understanding of how to use AI as a creative collaborator while maintaining brand consistency and design integrity.
Experience working with a team of designers, production specialists, and writers.
Strategic mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute visual solutions aligned with marketing and business goals.
Ability to think creatively and rationalize concepts to clients and team members.
Creative vision with a passion for pushing the boundaries of design through both traditional craft and emerging technologies.
Proficiency with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Experience in a client-facing role within the design or digital marketing industry.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail.
Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback effectively.
Excellent people skills with a focus on team collaboration and overall project success.

Additional Skills:

Experience working in an agency environment.
Proficiency with website platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, and Webflow.
Familiarity with template builders like Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix.
Experience with prototyping applications like Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, and Webflow.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Illustration in both electronic and traditional media.
Video editing and animation production, including AI-assisted video generation tools (e.g., Runway, Pika).
3D modeling and animation.
SEO and marketing experience considered an asset.
