Full job description

Company Overview

Responsibilities

Design beautiful and functional responsive website layouts at the direction of the Creative Director
Design custom brand materials, including logos, branding guidelines, custom graphics, packaging, brochures, business cards, and other print assets.
Ensure compliance with web accessibility guidelines while balancing SEO optimization requirements.
Manage web projects from concept through development review, managing project workflows, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure they are delivered within expected timelines.
Assist with project estimation.
Meet, correspond with, and coordinate directly with clients to ensure design concepts meet their objectives.
Communicate and coordinate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly during the programming phase.
Communicate and coordinate with SEO and content teams to ensure design supports optimization efforts.
Staying current with evolving UI/UX trends.
Working on occasion with in-house or third-party designers to ensure brand consistency across mediums, act as liaison between other designers and clients, and ensure designs are compatible with Web3’s standards.
Uploading and formatting content, imagery, and media assets.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams are a must.
Experience with Adobe XD and Adobe InDesign is considered an asset.
Experience with WordPress, HTML, and CSS are assets.
