What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and converting inbound buyer and seller opportunities
- Conducting client consultations and needs assessments
- Presenting CMAs using solds, actives, expireds, and local data
- Writing and negotiating offers, counteroffers, and amendments
- Building your personal brand inside a nationally recognized team
- Leveraging systems instead of reinventing them
