Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Martial Arts Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts instruction, with the ability to teach students of various ages and skill levels. This role offers an opportunity to promote physical fitness, discipline, and confidence through engaging martial arts classes. The instructor will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment while ensuring safety and proper technique.

Duties

Conduct engaging martial arts classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels
Develop lesson plans that incorporate fundamental techniques, forms, and sparring exercises
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training sessions
Maintain a clean and organized training area
Foster a respectful and motivating atmosphere that promotes discipline and confidence among students

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching martial arts, with certification preferred
Strong knowledge of martial arts techniques, forms, and safety procedures
Ability to teach students of diverse ages and skill levels with patience and enthusiasm
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate students
Prior experience in teaching or coaching is desirable but not mandatory
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to creating a positive learning environment

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
