This is a remote, work from home position.
What You’ll Be Doing
Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs by converting inbound calls and online inquiries into booked moves.
Build customized moving plans based on each customer’s needs, timeline, and budget while helping guide them through a stressful time with confidence and professionalism.
Act as the first point of contact for customers and provide a positive, solution focused experience from initial inquiry through booking.
- Documentation and Follow Up
Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow ups to support smooth operations and strong customer service.
Work collaboratively with a high performing sales team that values accountability, shared success, and healthy motivation to achieve results.
Participate in coaching, performance reviews, and KPI tracking to support continued personal growth and team success.

What You Bring to the Table
Previous sales experience is required. Experience selling services, handling inbound sales calls, or working in call centre or customer service environments is considered a strong asset.
Experience working with Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, and VoIP platforms.
A dedicated workspace with reliable high speed internet is required for this position.
