Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Hotel Duty Manager to join our operations team at our Hotel. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist our diverse guest base and enhance guest experiences.

Duties

provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
Be proficient with front desk software SynXis Property Hub (or become)
Manage All OTA relationships, reconciling and revenue managment
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory management
Train and supervise staff
Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety regulations, and hospitality standards
Drive revenue from active monitoring of reservations and direct booking opportunities.

Experience

Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality is essential.
Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and hotel procedures including OTA relationship management and Revenue Management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
