Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing excellent food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient operations and friendly interactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to company standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally.
Handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards in all food preparation and serving areas.
Assist with food handling, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness to meet health regulations.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed accurately during transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with sanitation standards.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Familiarity with food preparation, cashiering, and food safety protocols is advantageous.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and performing simple calculations.
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
