HORAIRE DE TRAVAIL

Lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 17h00.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

Détenir un BAC en comptabilité ou finance ;
Posséder un minimum de 3 années d’expérience dans un travail similaire ;
Détenir le titre de CPA (atout important) ;
Maitrise la suite Microsoft Office particulièrement Excel ;
Faire preuve de rigueur, d’autonomie et d’un bon esprit analytique ;
Est reconnu pour ta capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à bienétablir tes priorités
Aime travailler en équipe et collaborer aux différents départements

RESPONSABILITÉS

Participer à la préparation des états financiers mensuels ;
Préparer divers analyses financières et rapports de gestion ;
Participer au traitement et à la gestion de la paie ;
Effectuer différents contrôles internes et suivis comptables ;
Vérification et analyse des interlignes ;
Assurer le suivi et l’analyse des réclamations ;
Participer à différents projets d’amélioration et d’optimisation des processus ;
Collaborer avec les différentes divisions de l’entreprise afin d’assurer l’exactitude des données financières.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
CPA designation (strong asset)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Demonstrates accuracy, autonomy, and strong analytical skills
Recognized for the ability to manage multiple priorities and organize workload effectively
Enjoys teamwork and collaborating with various departments

RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements
Prepare various financial analyses and management reports
Assist with payroll processing and administration
Perform internal controls and accounting follow-ups
Review and analyze interline transactions
Monitor and analyze claims
Participate in process improvement and optimization projects
Collaborate with different divisions of the company to ensure the accuracy of financial data
