Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cash Office Supervisor to oversee daily financial operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will manage cash handling procedures, supervise staff, and ensure accuracy in reporting. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily cash handling activities, including deposits
Oversee front desk operations, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service
Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents
Supervise team members, providing guidance and support
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash management and office operations

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in an office or administrative setting
Strong front desk experience with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Demonstrated team management abilities with a focus on staff development and performance improvement
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment
