Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, including B2B (business-to-business) outreach, to generate new leads and expand the dealership’s network.
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend suitable vehicles, financing options, and leasing plans tailored to each customer’s preferences.
Negotiate terms confidently with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Manage an active sales pipeline by tracking prospects, follow-ups, and closing deals efficiently using organizational tools.
Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership specials and events to attract high-end sales clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, explaining vehicle features, and guiding clients through the leasing or purchasing process.
Upsell additional products or services such as warranties or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a focus on both Used and high-end vehicles.
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.
Ability to manage a robust sales pipeline effectively while supporting ongoing B2B sales efforts.
Demonstrated success in sales management, customer support, and upselling techniques within a fast-paced setting.
Exceptional organizational skills for maintaining detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to automotive retailing and leasing markets.
Excellent math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and deal structures; phone etiquette is essential for engaging clients professionally.
