Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have experience retail and automotive sales. This role involves building and managing a robust sales pipeline, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting dealership marketing efforts to drive new business. Duties

Engage in outside sales activities to attract prospective buyers and lessees.
Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to recommend suitable vehicle options.
Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting dealership objectives.
Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing the sale.
Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and dealership revenue.
Support B2B sales initiatives by establishing relationships with corporate clients for fleet leasing or bulk purchases.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Assist in marketing efforts by participating in promotional events and outreach campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, professional phone etiquette, and personalized attention.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive sales, dealership experience preferred but not necessary.
Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, high-end sales, or retail sales environments.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively from prospecting to closing.
Knowledge of sales management principles and marketing strategies within the automotive industry.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent math skills for deal structuring and financing options.
