Administrative Lead
Full-Time | $19 - $21 per hour, based on experience

We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Administrative Lead to help keep our studio running smoothly and efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who notices what needs to be done before being asked, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences for both clients and team members. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the studio, helping ensure that every detail is handled with care, professionalism, and consistency.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on responsibility, communicates effectively, and takes initiative with confidence. The right candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, solutions-focused approach.
What You’ll Do
- Help ensure the studio operates smoothly, efficiently, and professionally each day
- Anticipate operational needs and proactively address challenges as they arise
- Maintain studio organization, systems, and administrative processes to support a seamless client and team experience
- Coordinate scheduling, appointment management, and daily workflow
- Support team members and help uphold studio standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor inventory, coordinate ordering, and maintain organized supply systems
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reporting
- Support client communications and contribute to an exceptional customer experience
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance studio operations
- Take ownership of projects and ensure responsibilities are completed thoroughly and on time
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or operations-focused role, with demonstrated responsibility for managing priorities, coordinating workflows, and supporting day-to-day business operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Professional, dependable, and highly accountable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
