The Opportunity:
Become a Vidir Hero at our Arborg, MANITOBA facility.
Level up your career as a Welder on Day Shift (Monday-Friday 7am-3pm)
Summary:
The welder is responsible for welding a variety of Vidir products within a team environment, according to the Production schedule.
Responsibilities:

- Weld all products according to weld drawings, compliant to CWB standards and regulations.
- Monitor parts inventory in respective areas of work and ensures parts are available to meet production requirements.
- Achieve and maintain required productivity levels (efficiency and utilization)
- Adhere to all Safety and Health Standards
Qualifications:
**A combination of education and experience will be considered.**
- Welding trades certification would be considered an asset but is not required.
- 1-2 years of Welding Experience (MIG) would be considered an asset but is not required
- Strong Math skills and spatial reasoning ability
- Use of hand/power tools
- Basic literacy skills
