About Us
At Horizons Behaviour Consulting, we are passionate about empowering children with ASD and their families through high-quality, evidence-based services. As a growing ABA therapy provider, we are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This part-time role is pivotal in ensuring our operations run smoothly, so we can continue making a positive impact in the lives of the children and families we serve.

Position Overview
The Administrative support is a versatile and proactive individual responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, supporting the leadership team, and ensuring a positive experience for our staff and clients. This role combines administrative expertise with exceptional organizational and communication skills to create a well-functioning and welcoming workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors, providing professional and friendly service.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory.
Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring optimal alignment between therapists and client availability.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with confidentiality and privacy policies.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations for management as needed.
Support marketing initiatives, such as organizing events, newsletters, or social media updates.
Create graphics and posts on social media
Assist with new employee onboarding
Manage toy library
General unkeep of center
Oversee facility maintenance and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in the healthcare or ABA therapy field is an asset but not required.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Quickbooks Online (Essential)
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
