MKW Logistics Group is growing and is looking for an organized and dependable Logistics Administration & Inventory Coordinator to join our office team.
This position supports the administrative, inventory-control and delivery-documentation functions of our operation. The successful candidate will work closely with our administrative and Logistics Support teams to maintain accurate records, trace proof-of-delivery documents, assist with customer invoicing and help ensure that information moves accurately between our customers, drivers, warehouse and office.
This position will begin as a permanent part-time role, approximately 20–25 hours per week. As MKW Logistics Group continues to grow and the needs of the position develop, there is an opportunity for the role to progress into full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration and Office Support
- Provide general administrative support to the office and operations teams
- Enter, review and maintain information in company systems and spreadsheets
- Organize customer, delivery and inventory documentation
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets and supporting documents as required
- Respond to internal requests and help resolve missing or inaccurate information
- Provide coverage for order entry and other office functions when required
- Support the Logistics Support team with daily administrative tasks, order-status updates and customer requests
Inventory Management:
- Enter and maintain inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments and outbound movements
- Reconcile system inventory against warehouse and delivery records
- Assist with physical inventory counts and periodic inventory audits
- Communicate discrepancies to the warehouse or client contact
- Prepare inventory reports and customer stock summaries
- Help maintain accurate product, customer and inventory records within the inventory-management system
Proof of Delivery:
- Trace outstanding proofs of delivery with drivers, customers and internal team members
- Review PODs for signatures, dates, quantities and other required informationIdentify incomplete, missing or inaccurate delivery documentation
- Follow up promptly to obtain corrected or replacement documentation
- Organize and submit PODs according to customer requirements and deadlinesHelp investigate delivery discrepancies, shortages and failed deliveries
Customer Invoicing:
- Work closely with the administrative team to prepare and issue customer invoices
- Verify delivery charges against rate information and supporting documentation
- Identify and flag billing discrepancies before invoices are issued
- Assist with correcting invoicing errors and preparing supporting documentation
- Support other invoicing and accounts-receivable administrative duties as required
Key Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, email and document-management systems
- Comfortable learning inventory-management, invoicing and delivery-tracking software
- Experience with inventory-management or accounting software is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and follow outstanding items through to completion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and comfortable communicating with customers, drivers and coworkers
- Dependable, patient and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
- Office-based position at our Arnprior facility
- Regular use of computers, spreadsheets, email and company software
- Frequent communication with drivers, warehouse staff, customers and internal office personnel
- Work involves managing deadlines, tracing missing documents and resolving discrepancies
- Occasional access to the warehouse may be required to verify inventory or documentation
- Additional hours may become available as delivery volume and administrative requirements increase
This position is intended to begin with approximately 20–25 hours per week. There is an opportunity for the role and scheduled hours to grow as the needs of the business develop, potentially progressing into a full-time position.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
