About the Position
Creative Realities is seeking an Account Manager, Automotive Partnerships to support one of Canada's leading automotive brands and its nationwide network of dealerships.
In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for helping dealerships maximize the value of their in-dealership digital signage network by driving dealership engagement, supporting new dealership onboarding, identifying growth opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Working closely with dealership personnel, client stakeholders, and internal teams, you will help dealerships leverage digital signage to enhance the customer experience, improve showroom communications, deliver national and local marketing campaigns, and support day-to-day dealership operations. This role combines account management, consultative sales, customer success, and technical account management to deliver exceptional dealer experience while supporting the overall business objectives of our automotive partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new dealership participation through consultative business development and relationship building.
- Lead dealership onboarding and activation to ensure a successful program launch.
- Present the value of Creative Realities' digital signage platform, solutions, and dealership programs to prospective dealerships.
- Train dealership teams on the digital signage platform, content management tools, reporting capabilities, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing technical account management and operational support to ensure dealerships maximize the value of their digital signage network.
- Ensure dealerships have the knowledge, resources, and support needed to successfully operate and leverage the platform
- Identify opportunities to increase dealer engagement, platform utilization, and adoption of additional products, services, and programs.
- Develop strategic account plans that support long-term dealership success and business growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for expansion, increased adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Build trusted relationships with dealership stakeholders and provide proactive support that drives long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively manage dealer issues and escalations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Capture dealer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve dealer experience and program performance.
Education and Experience
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, business development, dealership operations, or automotive industry sales.
- Experience working directly with automotive dealerships is mandatory.
- Experience supporting digital signage, SaaS, retail technology, MarTech, enterprise software, or similar technology solutions is considered an asset.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships in a consultative environment.
- Demonstrated success achieving sales, retention, or account growth objectives.
