Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing excellent service and ensuring their satisfaction from the moment they sit down to the time they leave.

Duties

Greet guests promptly and warmly
Present menus, answer questions, and make menu recommendations
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address concerns
Clear tables, restock supplies, and assist in maintaining a clean dining area
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Handle payments and issue receipts
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Uphold the restaurant’s image and quality service standards

Experience

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling orders and managing transactions effectively.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour
