Ce poste soutient les activités complexes liées au reporting financier, à la budgétisation, aux prévisions et aux initiatives stratégiques. L'analyste senior encadre également les membres juniors de l'équipe, dirige des projets à fort impact et contribue à l'amélioration continue des systèmes et processus financiers</span></i></p><p></p><p><b><span>Responsabilités clés</span></b></p><ul><li>Diriger des analyses financières complexes et des examens analytiques sur une base mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle.</li><li>Vérifier et approuver les écritures comptables et les rapports financiers préparés par les analystes juniors. They will work closely with Supply Chain and the Sourcing departments on long term forecasting and budgeting, business cases, cost analysis and support Operational Excellence initiatives. They will lead optimization analyses, perform root cause analyses, drive operational excellence, and identify and validate cost saving opportunities.</i></p><p></p><p><b><i>Responsibilities:</i></b></p><ul><li><i>Perform financial analysis and analytical reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and year-end basis.</i></li><li><i>Review and analyze internal financial statements.</i></li><li><i>Assist in developing strategic plans, support decision making and action plans with data and analysis.</i></li><li><i>Serve as a point of contact for questions related to Distribution costs.</i></li><li><i>Aide in the development of Power BI reporting and dashboards.</i></li><li><i>Drive business case processes for Distribution/Procurement Projects (expansion/replacement) and provide financial analysis and assist with strategic planning.</i></li><li><i>Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes.</i></li><li><i>Support the transition to new ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and process alignment.</i></li><li><i>Assist in adapting financial processes and tools to new systems.</i></li><li><i>Identify and implement initiatives to improve, automate, and scale financial reporting tools and methodologies.</i></li><li><i>Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.</i></li><li><i>Understand sector requirements, priorities, and strategy of corporate function teams to deliver tailored financial reporting and insights</i></li><li><i>Perform root cause analysis and develop action plans to address financial gaps between expected and actual performance</i></li><li><i>Coordinate and validate monthly financial reports, including variance explanations and investigations</i></li><li><i>Assist with annual inventory counts (travel may be required).</i></li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>Qualifications:</i></b></p><ul><li><i>Experience working within a global setting is an asset.</i></li><li><i>Strong knowledge of Power BI</i></li><li><i>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)</i></li><li><i>Experience with ERP and BI systems (e.g., IBM TM1, Cognos Controller, SAP S/4HANA) is a strong asset</i></li><li><i>Strong understanding of sourcing and supply chain processes, issues, and priorities.</i></li><li><i>Very good knowledge of business case processes, including benefits tracking.</i></li><li><i>Bilingual (Fluent in English – French is a big plus).</i></li><li><i>Effective Communication Skills: Demonstrates excellent communication
