Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating products and services with enthusiasm.
Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed decisions.
Support sales efforts through upselling and suggestive selling techniques to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue.
Manage cashiering responsibilities including cash handling, POS transactions, and basic math calculations accurately.
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked, properly priced, and visually appealing.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Utilize strong communication skills to explain technical features clearly, especially during product demos or technical sales interactions.

Qualifications

Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Strong organizational skills and time management are essential for balancing multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, help build rapport with customers.
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy are necessary.
Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance.
