Full job description

We are currently hiring a Red Seal HVAC Technician. Our shop is located in Squamish, the heart of the Sea-to-Sky. That's where we start our day, stock up and connect as a team before heading out to projects.

Service Areas: Sea-To-Sky Region (From Horseshoe Bay - Pemberton)
Shop Location: Squamish, BC
Position Details: Permanent Full-Time | Monday – Friday
Location Requirements: Successful candidates must live or relocate to the Sea-to-Sky region (Horseshoe Bay to Pemberton)

Compensation Package

Excellent Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour based on experience and Gas Certification
Five (5) weeks of paid annual leave.

What You'll Do

Install, service and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control system faults using specialized testing equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability, efficiency and safe operation.
Install and service refrigerant piping, ductwork, ventilation systems and HVAC controls.
Recover, evacuate, charge and leak-test refrigerants.
Commission and test HVAC equipment.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and safety regulations.

What You Bring

Red Seal Journeyperson in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic.
Gas B or Gas A Certification
Refrigerant Handling Certificate.
Class 5 drivers license.
Great communication and customer service skills.

Pay: $55.00-$70.00 per hour
