Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily office operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions across various departments. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Handle filing, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to ensure smooth office workflow
Support bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping for the office or medical/dental practice
Assist with customer support and client inquiries, providing excellent service and support
Maintain organized office supplies inventory and ensure the cleanliness of workspaces
Support administrative projects as needed, including report preparation and correspondence

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Previous clerical or administrative experience
Customer service experience with professional phone etiquette and support skills
Familiarity with front desk operations, filing systems, and multi-line phone systems
Strong typing skills with proofreading abilities to ensure error-free documents
Computer literacy including general office equipment operation and basic troubleshooting skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new software or procedures as needed
