Our practice is expanding and we are looking for a Laser Technician to join our dynamic and dedicated team. This is a key, hands on patient role with significant influence on patient experience, satisfaction, education, treatments and sales. Training is provided on our systems, protocols and equipment. We are looking for staff who LOVE making people feel great about themselves!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certification or diploma in clinical esthetics/lasers
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent writing and oral skills- exceptional customer service skills - must have a desire to educate and sell skincare products and services
- High level of professionalism and care in personal presentation
- Able to work weekdays - 4 or 5 days per week, no weekends or evenings
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be helpful and supportive team player
- Strong computer skills along with problem solving abilities and good decision making
- Continuously have a drive for furthering education and providing the most advanced/safest techniques and services
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Able to educate and recommend treatments and absolutely LOVE it
- Provide laser treatments for a variety of conditions using the latest in laser equipment
- Knowledge in injectable treatments such Botox and Dysport, as well as volumizing treatments such as Juvaderm, Restylane, and more
- Sterilization techniques of surgical tools; anesthesia methods and protocols
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as well as apply critical thinking and good judgement in a clinic based environment
- Practice safety procedures for both the client and the healthcare team
- Knowledge of skin care products and industry trends
- Accurate documentation of charts and updating patient profiles after treatments and encounters.
- Must love the industry and working with people
- Advanced Botox & filler course, Sculptra, PDO Threads, PRP & other training a huge asset.
