Modern MGMT & Enercents Smart Home Solutions is currently expanding our Newmarket team and is seeking motivated, professional, and energetic individuals for an exciting entry-level Door to Door opportunity.
This position is ideal for anyone looking to break into sales, develop valuable communication skills, and earn strong performance-based income in a supportive team environment. No previous sales experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
As a Door to Door Lead Generator, your primary responsibility will be engaging with homeowners in residential neighborhoods, introducing our smart home services, and identifying interested customers. You will qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for your Sales Manager, who will handle the closing process. This allows you to focus on creating opportunities while still being rewarded for successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted residential areas
- Speak confidently and professionally with homeowners
- Introduce company services and generate customer interest
- Qualify potential customers through simple discovery questions
- Schedule appointments for the Sales Manager team
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong daily activity levels
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve goals
