Role Description:
Majestic Pools is seeking two experienced Pool Service Technicians to join our team. You will work directly with our customers providing top notch pool maintenance services including openings, closings, equipment installations and repairs, pool plumbing, liner installs, and automation troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will be a personable problem-solver with a great attitude and the ability to work both independently and as a team.
Responsibilities
· Installation of pool liners, including liner patches, removal of wrinkles, and removal of existing liners for replacement
· Installation and hook up of pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters (plumbing), salt systems, automation panels) as applicable
· Plumbing of pools: knowledge of flex and rigid piping installation, including precise measuring and clean applications of glue for connections
· Installation of low voltage pool lights
· Complete pool openings, closings, and seasonal care
· Test and troubleshoot pool problems as applicable, including water chemistry problems, leak detection and repair, and equipment issues
· Measure for liners, safety covers, winter covers, and hot tub covers
· Complete reports for every customer, providing detailed notes and photos from your visit
· Some minor landscaping duties as necessary (assistance with hardscaping, installation of landscape lighting, site clean up, etc.): no previous landscaping knowledge required
Qualifications & Skills
- Gas Technician License is considered an asset
- CPO Certification is considered an asset
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Focus on organization and maintaining a clean work environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on friendly, polite service
- Strong time management skills
- Must be reliable, honest, and able to take initiative
- Ability to lift 50lbs

· Travel around Simcoe County and the surrounding area is required; must have valid G driver’s license (no exceptions)

Rate (adjust as necessary)
$20 - $40 / hour
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20 - $40 / hour. This rate represents Majestic Pools’ hiring range for this position. Actual rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
