We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our Northern Automotive Sales team and assist with the growth and retention of our market share across our Northern region (Barrie, Orillia, Bracebridge, Midland). This is a field-first role — you will spend most days visiting shops, building relationships, opening new accounts, and ensuring our existing customers choose us first.

Job Description:
- Maintain consistent service levels within the sales territory
- Maximize sales and gross margins
- Develop and maintain good customer relations
- Facilitate customer warranty claims
- Assist customer with inventory maintenance
- Implement and promote customer training programs
- Plan, execute & achieve sales targets
- Work in conjunction with Branch policies and processes to support customer requirements
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work effectively and lead in a team environment
- High level of product and technical knowledge
- Excellent communication and relational skills
- Sales Experience is an Asset
- Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-account territory with consistent daily field activity is an asset
