Job Type: Full-Time (April - November)

Wally's Sealing and Paving Inc. is a trusted name in the paving industry since 1971, specializing in high-quality asphalt and sealcoating services. We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Asphalt Raker to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Description:

As an Asphalt Raker, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation and finishing of asphalt surfaces, ensuring smooth and even distribution. You will work as part of a paving crew to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Rake, smooth, and level hot asphalt to ensure proper distribution and compaction.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment at job sites.
Work closely with machine operators and other crew members to maintain a consistent workflow.
Ensure the job site remains clean and organized.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Perform general labor duties as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in the asphalt paving or construction industry.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Minimum G License required. ARZ or AZ are preferred.
Ability to follow directions and safety protocols.
