Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and engage them with genuine enthusiasm to understand their beauty needs and preferences
Conduct product demonstrations, makeup applications, and consultations to educate customers on product features and benefits
Assist customers in selecting suitable products through personalized recommendations and upselling techniques
Handle transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight new arrivals, promotions, and best-sellers to attract customer attention
Manage front desk operations by answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting overall store organization
Ensure a clean, welcoming environment by restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and managing inventory levels effectively

Skills

Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Strong communication skills to clearly explain product features, makeup techniques, and skincare routines
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters trust and loyalty
Basic math skills for cash register operations, balancing tills, and processing payments accurately
Knowledge of retail sales techniques including upselling, cross-selling, and product merchandising strategies
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Organizational skills for maintaining tidy displays, stock levels, and appointment schedules
