Full job description

Hampton Inn by Hilton Midland is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the night shift.

Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Making Reservation, check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities
- Respond to guest requests promptly and effectively

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and phone systems is a perfered
