Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Butcher Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will support the daily operations within our food service environment, ensuring smooth food preparation, handling, and customer interactions. Duties

Assist with food preparation and butchery tasks, including meat cutting and packaging
Handle food products safely, following all food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Support kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during all stages of food processing and packaging
Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols

Requirements

Prior experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is highly preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including butchery and meat cutting skills
Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
