We are currently seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the production of high-quality metal components while maintaining strict adherence to safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication & Welding

Fabricate metal components by cutting, shaping, and assembling materials using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
Operate welding machines, hand tools, and power tools to complete fabrication tasks with precision.
Ensure strong, secure, and durable welds that meet industry and company quality standards.

Blueprint Interpretation & Quality Control

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure proper alignment, measurements, and overall integrity of fabricated structures.
Troubleshoot and resolve any fabrication issues to maintain optimal production flow.

Equipment Operation & Maintenance

Safely operate and maintain machinery, plasma cutters, forklifts, and cranes as needed.
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all workplace safety regulations and ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to OSHA and company safety policies.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

✔ Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
✔ Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, mechanical processes, and machining.
✔ Experience in operating cranes, forklifts, power tools, and welding equipment.
✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
✔ Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
✔ Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
✔ Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and perform manual tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
