Job Description

Job Runs from May-September
Team members are responsible for performing exterior property maintenance services, including:

Window Cleaning
Pressure Washing
Eavestrough Cleaning
Deck Staining

Our work takes place outdoors in varying conditions. This includes working in direct sunlight, at heights, and performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time. This role requires discipline, focus, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision. This is not an EASY job. If you want to succeed here, you must be prepared to work hard, stay focused, and maintain a high standard of performance.

This position is not suited for individuals who require frequent direction, avoid physical work, or struggle with demanding environments

Responsibilities

Perform window cleaning for both commercial and residential properties, ensuring all glass surfaces are streak-free and spotless.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cleaning tasks, including squeegees, scrapers, sanders and pressure washers.
Conduct routine inspections of windows and surrounding areas to identify any maintenance needs or errors.
Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
Assist with heavy lifting as necessary when moving equipment or accessing hard-to-reach areas.
Maintain the cleanliness of work areas and ensure all equipment is properly stored after use.
Reliable transportation (access to a vehicle required)

Experience

Previous experience in custodial work or window cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Experience in property maintenance, particularly in identifying maintenance needs during cleaning tasks.
A commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail is essential for this role.
