- Virtual Patient Care
- Provide asynchronous messaging and synchronous video visits for patients seeking mental health treatment.
- Psychiatric Evaluation
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments including:
- ADHD
- Anxiety disorders
- Depression
- Sleep-related concerns
- Medication side effects
- Mood disorders
- Medication Management
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications when clinically appropriate.
- Monitor:
- Effectiveness
- Adherence
- Side effects
- Long-term treatment outcomes
- Care Planning
- Collaborate with patients to create personalized treatment plans that may include:
- Medication
- Behavioral interventions
- Therapy referrals
- Wellness plans
- Lifestyle modifications
- Clinical Collaboration
- Work alongside physicians, therapists, and care coordinators to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.

- Requirements
- Required
- Active PMHNP license
- DEA registration (if prescribing controlled medications)
- Active unrestricted RN license
- Minimum 2 years psychiatric experience
- Telehealth-friendly workspace
- Strong clinical judgment
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferred
- Multi-state licensure
- ADHD treatment experience
- Telehealth experience
- Experience treating anxiety and depression
- Comfort using modern technology platforms
