Full job description

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced renovator who can take ownership of a job site, work independently, and deliver high-quality results across multiple trades with minimal supervision. You will be a core member of the team and a direct extension of the company owner on every project.

Key Responsibilities

Independently execute renovation projects from start to finish across a variety of trades
Perform skilled work in: demolition, wood and steel framing, drywall installation and mudding, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, and carpentry
Manage job site setup, material handling, sequencing, and cleanup
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail on every project
Communicate project progress, material needs, and any on-site issues directly to the owner
Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients on-site
Travel to various job sites across the GTA as required

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on renovation experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised on active job sites
Strong working knowledge of at least 4 or more of the following trades: demolition, wood framing, steel framing, drywall & mudding, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, carpentry
Ability to read and follow project scopes and instructions
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in the quality of their work
Ability to commute to various job sites across the Greater Toronto Area
Valid G driver's license required
Own basic hand tools is an asset

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
