Full job description

We are a growing architectural and design firm specializing in luxury residential properties, and we are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized SOE and Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven SEO / Paid Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our online marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for improving organic search visibility, driving qualified traffic through paid advertising, and maximizing return on marketing Investment.

Key Responsibilities

Audit current SEO performance and develop a clear strategy to improve organic rankings and traffic
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits
Manage and optimize on-page and off-page SEO
Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Manage advertising budgets and report clearly on ROI
Track performance and translate data into specific, actionable recommendations
Provide weekly reporting on work completed (pages optimized, campaigns adjusted, audits run), rankings, traffic, conversions, and paid campaign results
Collaborate with our marketing team on broader digital initiatives

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in managing SEO and paid digital advertising campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta
Ads Manager.
Understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, link-building strategies, and conversion optimization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Proven experience managing paid social and search campaigns
Expert level understanding of WordPress, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
Experience in a professional services environment (architecture, design, marketing, engineering, real estate, legal, accounting, or similar) is an asset

Position Details

Part-time: 10-15 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible
Compensation: $40–$50 per hour, based on experience
Location: Hybrid
