Siding Installers & Helpers Needed – Full-Time

JosRam Construction Inc. – Simcoe County, ON

Job Summary

JosRam Construction Inc. is seeking motivated Siding Installers and Helpers to join our growing construction team. We specialize in siding, soffit, fascia, and eavestrough installations for residential and commercial projects throughout Simcoe County.

This role involves installing various types of siding while maintaining high-quality workmanship and following safety standards. Ideal candidates are hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Full-time local work only (no long-distance travel)

Pay

Helpers: starting at $20/hour

Experienced Installers: starting at $28/hour+ depending on experience

Responsibilities

Install siding materials such as vinyl, wood, and fiber cement on residential and commercial buildings

Assist with measuring, cutting, and fitting siding components

Use hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and caulking guns

Prepare surfaces prior to installation

Apply caulking and sealants for proper weatherproofing and finish quality

Read and interpret blueprints or project plans when required

Safely handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Requirements

Experience in construction, siding, or carpentry preferred

Ability to use hand and power tools safely

Strong work ethic and reliability

Physical ability to work outdoors and perform heavy lifting

Reliable transportation to job sites

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Blueprint reading and handyman experience are considered assets but not required
