Responsibilities:

Assist with coordinating daily maintenance for 2 crews
Communicate with landscape crews and leading by example
Team player oriented to assist with cutting & trimming, gardening & planting, pruning, regular lawn maintenance, and special projects
Help schedule crews, equipment, materials, and service calls
Track project progress, deficiencies, work orders, and service requests
Conduct site visits and assist with job completion
Assist with quotations, material orders, and project documentation
Support snow operations and emergency service coordination during winter events
Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
Experience in landscaping, construction, snow removal, or property maintenance is considered an asset

What We Offer:

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
